Taking Stock
Use the ‘Taking Stock’ game in the Community Pack to work together to identify
what actions you are already doing - you may be pleasantly surprised!
Complete the Evaluator
This will give you a baseline to help you to track your progress in making every
action count.
Take Action
With members of your community group try to improve on what you’re currently
doing by undertaking a course of action. To help we’ve organised lots of easy
actions into five areas and created two games to help you work together to
produce your action plan.
Measure Your Progress
Once you’ve undertaken a number of actions we would love to hear from you. To
track your progress return to the evaluator and record what you’ve done.
If you’ve improved your evaluator score you can claim a free publication
to help you go on and take further actions. You can then also compare your
progress with others.
